Our Vision

At Oak & Vine, our vision is to provide a warm and intimate space for you to celebrate your special events.  While we do not strive to be one of the bigger event spaces, we want this to be a special and inviting place for you and your guests.

We are focusing on the smaller/intimate events and have purposely kept our facility smaller so we can better focus on the details.  While we can possibly host large events, the "sweet spot" is 50-70 people.  Come visit the space. 

At this time, we have decided not to offer full wedding packages but provide a preferred vendor list.  We are currently building that list and will publish it as we get closer to 2027.  We are determining pricing for various events.  You can rent for weddings, parties, dinners, music, etc.  Weddings will be a two-day minimum rental due to the prep and cleanup involved.  Stay tuned for a published price list.  

There are several unique features:  The main hall is a traditionally built timber frame structure.  We have an outside patio suitable for dining, receptions, parties, music, etc.  We have a covered outdoor fireplace for those events in the cool weather.  We have multiple wedding ceremony sites.  We have an onsite suite available for overnight stays.  if you choose a wedding rental, we provide a bridal concierge to assist the bridal party with any last moment needs they may have.  We are centrally located between Boone, NC, Johnson City, TN and Bristol, VA.

We provide a list of preferred caterers and vendors.  We have a fully equipped kitchen to prep/aid any caterer.

Yes, there is ample parking available at Oak & Vine. We also offer shuttle service if needed.  The parking is 100 yards away.   Valet parking service is available for an additional fee.
